Erasmus+ Project: D-ILA in V4
Digital Individual Learning Account in the Visegrad countries

The main objective of the project is to increase the number of adults who engage in learning. The partnership aims to achieve this by modelling and testing a data system for personalised soft skills training funding, as a support mechanism for the development of Individual Learning Accounts. The data model will be optimised using Artificial Intelligence to match learner data and training offers. The aim of testing the data model will be to verify which of the input data on individuals and learning courses are needed and what specific possibilities for use by public institutions, employers or adult education providers are possible. Although adult learning is increasingly focused on competence development, labour market expectations are shifting towards short training courses that deliver immediate tangible results. Both the funding system and the system of certification of learning outcomes need to be adapted to meet these needs. To this end, a data model that integrates in a single framework the 4 EU countries' approaches to adult education in soft skills via individual learning accounts can serve this purpose. The main outputs of the project will be:

• Feasibility study mapping adult learning in the V4 countries • Methodological guide to the data model for stakeholders

The D-ILA in V4 project is funded under the Erasmus+ programme (KA2, Adult Education).
